It’s that time for Stephan and I to get out, see some of the Badlands and see old friends in different states.  We will be finishing the open contracts we have and referring those clients that still need coaching expertise.  Over the years we have had some tremendous challenges and successes.  Thank you all for your time with us and see you in the future.

Stephan and Bradley - Coaches

We believe that what you deeply care about is what you achieve, personally and professionally. It is not uncommon for individuals and organizational teams to have put what they care about on the ‘back burner’ as they pursue long term goals. At Walks Beside Coaching and Consulting we use our assessment tools, our business experience, and our leadership skills to help individuals, leaders, workforce teams, and government organizations to:

  • Verify that all employees are following the same company vision and practicing their core values to achieve what they care about
  • Regenerate an organizational culture where multiple generations can contribute without falling into resignation or resentment
  • Revitalize the terms of accountability, dramatically improving the productivity of the workforce in every organization
  • Assist individuals and teams with establishing their identity.  The foundation of core values and how they affect identity impacts the outcome for the future, multi-generational integration, and sustaining a positive culture
  • Open the space for conversations about taking action in innovative and creative ways without undue judgment or criticism

The story of our logo:

The greater part of our heritage is from the Native Americans.  We place an emphasis on the natural environment, all its relations, natural rhythms of the earth; and, the significance of color.  Our logo holds colors that represent two states, red for fragmentation and purple for healing.  We believe that as your coach, we will walk beside you as you transcend from what may be broken in your personal or professional life into that space which is restorative for you.  From that place, your potential will be unleashed and your aspirations can be achieved.
