Bradley Morgan is a personal and Elder transition coach who served as a corporate executive for over 17 years, in companies such as, IBM, Bay Networks, Premysis, and Brocade Communications. Bradley's credentials include a BSCS and a Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) through the Newfield Network program and the ICF, and is a recognized Gerontologist. In the telecommunications industry, she developed both domestic and international systems engineering teams for technical expertise and executive level leadership. Bradley is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), American Management Associates, and the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA).

Bradley is a featured speaker at many of the student councils within the tribal nations. Bradley is the publisher and editor of the Web page for "Transforming Aging, Elder Care & Security" for the Politics of Trust Network in the state of California.

Stephan Marais is a personal and executive coach in Walks Beside Life Coaching. Stephan has extensive experience in information technology management and the design of business systems and the flow and design of business operations. He holds a BS in Production Management and an MBA and is a recognized Gerontologist. During his corporate career he served as a Vice President of consulting services in the areas of finance, manufacturing, healthcare, telecom, high growth, customer service and management communications for companies such as, A2ZiTV, Cap Gemini-Ernst and Young (CGEY), Metro Media Fiber, Premisys Communications, Den-Mat Corporation, and Fresh Express. Stephan is also an Adjunct Professor at IAIA (Institute of American Indian Art) teaching “The Business of Art” and “Creating your Portfolio”.

Stephan is a member of the South African Embassy, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the American Association for Retired Persons (AARP), and the Senator John Vasconcellos' Politics of Trust Network.  Stephan also completed his Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) with the Newfield Network program and the ICF.
