Coaches Selected to be Part of Facilitation Bench!
Leesburg, VA – – – October 3, 2016 – – – Walks Beside Coaching & Consulting (WBCC), an accomplished coaching company with affiliate coaches in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC reported today their experience as coaches and facilitators have enabled them to be selected to the National Science Foundation’s Facilitation Bench.
WBCC has helped many companies with customized services for executives, and teams, in their ability to have complex conversations without disrespect or anger. As many companies now have multi-cultural and multi-generational workforces, it is not uncommon for newly promoted or inexperienced managers to leave business conferences in high emotional states. As Stephan relates, “We have found that the majority of managers in our sessions have all experienced some kind of situation where their business conversation had been met with resentment or hostility.” Having been at C-level positions in several companies, WBCC brings their business proficiency to help organizations structure environments that foster conversations without blame, oppression or the fear of retribution. This is a principal part of their work with data defense industries and government agencies.
About Walks Beside Coaching & Consulting:
WBCC constructs solutions around the achievement of business goals, the renewal of dis-engaged workforces; and, the integration of a diverse generational labor force. These programs enable companies to synchronize efforts with clear language use for successful repeatable outcomes, especially in facilitating retreats and conferences.
